About the Design
The UT-60D "U-Wing" was a combination troop carrier/ground support fighter used by the Rebel Alliance during the early days of the rebellion against the Galactic Empire. With swing-wings that could be deployed to better facilitate low-speed atmospheric flight, the U-Wing featured a two-seat cockpit with both dorsal and ventral visibility, as well as two powerful front-mounted laser cannons to help provide cover for ground troops.

About the Kit
Released in 2017, the 1:100 U-Wing was part of a combo back that included an in-scale TIE Striker as well as two small ground tanks.
