Concept Spacecraft - 1900 - 1930s

In the first three decades of the 20th century, only a few scientists seriously pondered the possibility of manned space flight.  Instead, such fanciful notions were left to the creators of science-fiction novels, comic strips and motion picture serials.  As a result, few legitimate spacecraft designs emerged from this period -- and fewer still model kits...
