About the Design
The Mitsubishi J4M Senden/Luke is one of several twin-boom "pusher" fighter projects the Japanese had under development in the waning years of World War II. The Senden was actually conceived two ways: one with the "greenhouse" nose reproduced in this kit, another with a more conventional bubble-top canopy/cockpit configuration.
The War ended before the Senden could make it to the prototype stage. |
