B-3 Stealth Bomber
from "Broken Arrow" (1998)
About the Design
1998's "Broken Arrow" starring John Travolta and Christian Slater centered around an attempt by mercenary terrorists to hijack a nuclear-tipped cruise missiles from a downed U.S. Air Force bomber and use it destroy the city of Denver, Colorado. The bomber in question was the "B-3," the fictional successor to the B-2 "Spirit" stealth bomber, which had been revealed to the public 10 years earlier.
Although similar in overall architecture to the B-2, the B-3 was a somewhat smaller aircraft with a simpler wing design. . |
