ABOUT THE DESIGN |
ABOUT THE KIT |
Inspired by the Marvel comic books that served as the basis for the mega-hit 2012 motion picture, the Quinjet is a multi-role jet aircraft employed by the super-secret international agency known as S.H.I.E.L.D. Serving as both a transport and tactical fighter, the Quinjet can take-off and land vertically using the two turbofans embedded in its variable-shape wings. The cockpit also tilts to provide the pilots with better visibility during landings. |
Released by Fantastic Plastic Models
in December 2013, the S.H.I.E.L.D. Quinjet kit was mastered by Scott Lowther and
cast by Acme Design, Inc. Decals are by JBOT. The 1:72 scale kit features
blue-tinted vacuform canopies, a tilting cockpit and the option to build the
plane in either its in-flight or landing configurations. For information on kit availability, CLICK HERE. |
