Sometimes a model doesn't fit
cleanly into a given category. Perhaps it's a odd vehicle like a
hovercraft or hydrofoil that demands to be kitted due to its sheer
coolness. Maybe its a concept car that just reeks of a romantic
future never realized. Or maybe it's a fantasy fighting vehicle that
sprung totally from the model designer's imagination instead of a popular
movie or television program.
For all of these "odd ball" models, we have this category: the Grab Bag. It's the smallest of all the sections here in Fantastic Plastic, with little over a dozen entries in all eight decade blocks. But don't be fooled. Sometimes even these red-headed stepchildren can be pretty formidable. |
