ABOUT THE KIT |
The S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier -- a giant flying aircraft carrier that served as the front-line weapon in the international organization's fight against evil -- has been a staple of the Marvel Comics universe for decades. However, it wasn't until the 2013 megahit "The Avengers" that audiences finally got to see a fully realized helicarrier in action. The ship featured two landing decks plus four outboard turbines for thrust and stability. The craft was also distinguished by its underside command deck and observation windows. |
