I thought I would send you photos of my finished 1/350 "SS Botany Bay" kit that you produce which I got as a companion piece to my Polar Lights lighted 1/350 original series USS Enterprise.  I painted the model and weathered it in pastels according to the photos of the shooting miniature found on Phil Broad's "Modelbuilders Reference Vault".  The base is a generic Round 2 Dome Base spray-painted black and decorated to look like a typical original series star-field.  Enjoy!
